PROVIDENCE BRUINS INFORMATION
Dear Parents, students and families,
Just a few final reminders and explanations before the game on Friday.
BUSES: All students singing should plan to stay after school until we board the buses at 4pm. I would suggest that all students bring a snack. The hockey game begins at 7pm and usually lasts around 2 ½ hours. We should be arriving back at PCIS sometime around 10:30pm. Calls will be made as we get closer to Plymouth to parents for pick-up. Please be sure to get there on time. Parents that are driving their child to the game MUST follow the PCIS buses.
TICKETS: All students singing tomorrow night will NOT receive their ticket for admission from me until AFTER we sing the National Anthem. This way they won’t get misplaced and they can go right up to their seats easily. All other ticket orders will be sent home prior to the game.
DRESS: All choristers must wear their PCIS Chorus t-shirts with black pants. Long-sleeved shirts may be worn underneath t-shirts
SNACKS: Please bring something to eat on the bus to Providence (from home) or money to purchase concession items there. I would suggest at least $10.00 for food items there at the Dunkin Donuts Center.
NOT GOING HOME ON THE BUS: If you are still planning on bringing your child home with you in your car after the game, I NEED that handwritten to me before we leave on the bus for Providence. I will not accept requests at the game.
Thanks again! See you Friday night!!
Sincerely,
Ms. Vaitkus
